1. Getting Started

It all begins with a conversation—one that’s focused on understanding your vision and goals. When you reach out to Endurable Building Products, our Sales and Estimating teams become your first point of contact. These experienced professionals will take the time to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and gain a clear understanding of your project’s unique requirements.

We’ll work with you to review architectural drawings, site plans, code requirements, and any specific design elements you want to incorporate. Whether your project is still in the early concept phase or you have detailed blueprints in hand, we’re here to help shape your ideas into a practical, buildable solution.

2. Moving Forward

Whether you’re ready to move ahead immediately or months down the line, we’re ready when you are. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll revisit any revisions and finalize scheduling and design details. With a signed Letter of Intent, your project is officially underway.

Our Project Team kicks things off with internal planning meetings and begins producing your initial shop drawings—which we’ll send to you for review and approval. Once aligned, we prepare updated drawings and submit them to a third-party engineering firm for compliance with safety standards and local codes.

3. Back in Your Court

Once we receive the engineer-stamped drawings, we move into final documentation. We’ll prepare and send you the Final Shop Drawings for your last review and sign-off. With your approval in hand, we schedule your project for production and begin preparing for fabrication.

4. Time to Fabricate

This is where your design comes to life. We gather all raw materials and our skilled technicians begin building your custom alumiLAST® aluminum frames and components. Every part is precisely cut, fit, and welded to your specifications. After a thorough inspection, components move through powder coating and into assembly. Railings are installed, decking materials are added, and the full system is prepped for delivery. With 15 separate quality control checks, we ensure every product meets our exacting standards.

5. Delivery and Installation

When it’s time for installation on your site, we coordinate closely with your construction personnel to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and setup. Our alumiLAST® systems are lightweight, pre-fabricated, and designed for efficient installation—helping your team stay on schedule. We provide extensive resources to support your crew, including detailed documentation, instructional videos, and access to our experienced technical staff. With over 30,000 successful deck installations, we have the expertise to help answer any installation question that arises.
